Wildcat coffee is a boutique coffee roastery based in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
We are committed to freshness and so we roast our coffee on a daily basis.
Our boutique roasting company on Queen St in central New Plymouth (just down from the Clock Tower), has won GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE medals for four consecutive years in the New Zealand Coffee Festival competition.

The success of these wins is due to the soul and personal commitment and energy which goes into every roast, with careful attention to the origin and character of each bean. We single origin roast each bean to maximise the flavour each bean produces, because each bean creates a different expression.
Here at Wildcat Coffee we hand roast in a 5kg Probat Roaster, in small single origin batches to achieve the best roast. Then the beans are combined to create our exceptional blends. Our soul goes into the producing the perfect espresso.
